Jon founded AMCM Group (formerly AMCM) in 2013 to provide Pre-construction and Construction Management Services to residential developers.
The successful delivery of large-scale projects led to clients asking the AMCM Group to act as strategic advisor to competitively tender and negotiate fixed-price construction projects.
Today, AMCM Group has evolved to provide traditional contracting solutions, D&B and JV arrangements based on its original principle of design and production for construction.
Prior to setting up AMCM Group, Jon spent 14 years at the Wates Group. During his time at Wates Group he was promoted through the surveying function to Regional Commercial Director for the Living Space and Construction London and South East businesses.
Jon has experience in the residential, education and commercial sectors. He has worked across a wide range of procurement routes, including PFI, JV, traditional single stage, and 2 stage.
